1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the 88pk platform, registering an account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, each of which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

2.2 Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) the moment you click "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration; (b) the first time you access any part of the 88pk platform; or (c) the first time you make a deposit or place a bet through the platform.

2.3 These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 88pk with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether written or oral.

2.4 If you are accessing 88pk on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person to these Terms and Conditions, and by proceeding, you accept these terms both in your individual capacity and on behalf of that person.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To register and use the 88pk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an 88pk employee or contractor;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 88pk account;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily applied through the 88pk responsible gaming tools or mandated by any competent authority.

3.2 88pk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the account registration process, upon withdrawal requests, or following any account activity that raises eligibility concerns.

3.3 By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3.1 and that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of 88pk Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 88pk platform. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds held therein.

4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify 88pk of any changes to your contact details, particularly your registered Pakistani mobile number, which is used for OTP-based authentication and withdrawal verification.

4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88pk login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88pk accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4.5 Account registration on 88pk constitutes a personal contract between you and 88pk. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

5 KYC Verification

5.1 As required under 88pk's international gaming license obligations, all registered players are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement and is not discretionary.

5.2 88pk may request any or all of the following documentation in connection with KYC verification:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested under anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

5.3 Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. 88pk will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not satisfied the applicable KYC requirements, irrespective of the account balance or the payment method used for the original deposit.

5.4 All documentation submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with 88pk's Privacy Policy and the data protection obligations set out under the platform's international gaming license.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. 88pk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All deposits are credited to your 88pk wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88pk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

6.3 Processing times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval by 88pk's payment team. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawal processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

6.4 Currency. All transactions on 88pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 88pk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6.5 Fraudulent transactions. Any deposit that is subsequently identified as fraudulent, subject to a chargeback claim, or originating from an unauthorised payment instrument will result in the immediate suspension of the associated 88pk account and the reversal or withholding of any funds credited from such deposit, including any winnings generated from those funds.

6.6 AML compliance. 88pk is required under its international gaming license to implement anti-money laundering controls. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. 88pk reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal that raises AML concerns pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 88pk offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered or credited.

7.2 Wagering requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to your 88pk account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds unless the promotion explicitly permits wagering using bonus funds.

7.3 One bonus per player. Each promotional offer is available to one registered account per individual, household, device, IP address, and shared payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

7.4 Bonus expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Abuse and exploitation. 88pk reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings, and to suspend any account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or placing offsetting bets designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.

7.6 88pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued to players prior to such withdrawal or modification.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on 88pk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event, as published in the platform's betting rules documentation and game-specific help sections.

8.2 Bet settlement. 88pk will settle all bets based on official results as reported by the relevant sporting authority, game provider, or, in the case of live dealer casino games, the recorded game outcome. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official recorded result, the official recorded result shall prevail.

8.3 Obvious errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game parameters — including technical errors affecting game display or outcome recording — 88pk reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings arising from bets placed on obviously erroneous odds are not payable and may be reversed from your account balance.

8.4 Bet cancellation. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player. 88pk may cancel accepted bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: market suspension following event postponement, technical malfunction, or the discovery that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8.5 Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on 88pk. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface and may be adjusted by 88pk at any time without prior notice.

8.6 In-play betting. In-play or live betting markets close automatically at points determined by 88pk based on the stage of play. Bets submitted after market closure will not be accepted. 88pk accepts no responsibility for connection issues that prevent timely bet placement in live markets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88pk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Participating in matched betting or arbitrage strategies that exploit bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner designed to circumvent normal gameplay risk;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment instruments, fraudulent identity documents, or false account information;
• Laundering funds through the 88pk platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds without significant gaming activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security mechanism on the platform;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts in breach of Clause 4.2;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the legal gambling age of 21.

9.2 88pk employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection may occur at any point, including retrospectively following withdrawal requests. The discovery of prohibited conduct following a withdrawal does not preclude 88pk from pursuing recovery of funds paid out in connection with such conduct.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 88pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity within responsible limits. These tools are accessible directly from the Account Settings section of your 88pk dashboard.

10.2 Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust;
• Loss limits — configurable thresholds that restrict activity once a specified loss amount is reached;
• Session time reminders — alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary restriction of account access for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or time-limited exclusion from the platform, taking effect immediately upon request.

10.3 Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected. 88pk will not reactivate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, 88pk will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 88pk platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game assets, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88pk platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.

11.3 The 88pk name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The 88pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88pk makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

12.2 88pk shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or business interruption, even where 88pk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.3 In circumstances where 88pk's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88pk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 88pk accepts no liability for losses arising from: network outages, telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider delays, or any force majeure event beyond 88pk's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil disturbances.

12.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 88pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order;
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe or documents submitted are found to be false or misleading;
• The account is associated with fraudulent payment activity;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory or reputational risk to 88pk.

13.2 Upon suspension or closure of an account for breach of these Terms and Conditions, 88pk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 88pk may forfeit the account balance in full, including any winnings generated during the period of the breach.

13.3 You may request closure of your 88pk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. 88pk will notify you via your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fees or account closure procedures to dormant accounts.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

14.1 88pk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 88pk.onl/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

14.2 By registering with 88pk, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and your ongoing use of the platform.

14.3 88pk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by 88pk for the purposes of KYC verification, payment processing, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance — each of whom is bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

14.4 All player data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and by appropriate security measures in storage. 88pk implements industry-standard information security practices to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88pk holds its international gaming license.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 88pk, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 88pk will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of a formal complaint being received.

15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under 88pk's international gaming license, details of which are available upon request from the support team.

15.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.

16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1 88pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 88pk will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via registered email or prominent platform notice prior to the change taking effect.

16.2 Your continued use of the 88pk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the return of any verified real-money balance in your account.

16.3 The current version of these Terms and Conditions, including the effective date, will always be accessible on the 88pk platform at 88pk.onl/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
